At Breezee, we believe your data belongs to you.
If you would like to delete your Breezee account and associated data, you may submit a data deletion request using the options below.
Upon request, Breezee will delete:
• Account information • User profile information • Tasks and projects • Notes and documents stored within Breezee • Workflow configurations • Connected application settings • User-generated content • Activity history associated with your account
Some information may be retained when required by law, security obligations, fraud prevention requirements, or legitimate business recordkeeping purposes.
You may request deletion by emailing:
Please include the following in your email:
• Your name • The email address associated with your Breezee account • A statement requesting deletion of your account and data
For security purposes, we may verify your identity before processing the request.
Most deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
In some circumstances, additional time may be required to complete the deletion process.
Deleting your Breezee account does not automatically delete data held by third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, QuickBooks, Dropbox, or other connected applications.
You may need to separately revoke access permissions within those services.
If you connected your Google account, you may revoke Breezee's access at any time through your Google Account security settings.
Removing access from Google will stop future data access but may not automatically delete data previously stored within Breezee. To delete stored data, please submit a deletion request as described above.
