At Breezee, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain language so it's actually readable.
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including:
• Name and email address • Account credentials (passwords are never stored in plain text — authentication uses industry-standard hashing) • Profile information • Tasks, notes, projects, and other content you create within Breezee • Communications with our support team
When you choose to connect third-party services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, email providers, calendars, cloud storage providers, or other applications, Breezee may access information necessary to provide requested functionality, including:
• Email metadata and content • Calendar events • Contact information • Files and documents • User account information
We only access information that you explicitly authorize via OAuth permissions. We do not store your email messages or calendar event details on our servers — they are accessed in real time and displayed only to you.
We may automatically collect:
• Device information and browser type • IP address • Usage data and log information • Cookies and similar technologies (used only for session management and security — not for advertising or tracking)
We use information to:
• Provide and improve Breezee services • Deliver AI-powered assistance and automation • Manage user accounts and sync your calendar and email • Respond to support requests • Personalize user experiences and remember your preferences • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset) • Maintain security and prevent fraud • Diagnose errors and improve performance • Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your personal data for advertising.
Breezee uses artificial intelligence to assist users with productivity, organization, scheduling, workflow management, communication, and automation.
When you chat with Breezee, your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic's usage policies govern how that data is handled on their end. We store a rolling window of your recent conversation history (up to 30 messages) in our database to provide memory across sessions.
You can clear your conversation history at any time from your Today page. Cleared conversations are permanently deleted.
If you connect your Google account, Breezee accesses Google user data solely to provide requested functionality.
• Breezee does not sell Google user data to third parties. • Breezee does not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. • Access to Google user data is limited to providing and improving features explicitly requested by the user.
Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and used only to make API calls on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from within Breezee or directly from your Google account settings.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information:
• With service providers that support our operations (see Third-Party Services below) • When required by law • To protect rights, safety, or security • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
In all cases, we share only the minimum data required.
Your account data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Row-level security policies ensure that each user can only access their own data.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
If you cancel your account, your data remains accessible for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@bebreezee.com. We will process deletion requests within 14 business days.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you • Correct — request that inaccurate data be corrected • Delete — request that your data be permanently deleted • Export — request your data in a machine-readable format • Withdraw consent for certain processing activities
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@bebreezee.com.
Breezee uses the following third-party services to operate:
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage • Anthropic (Claude) — powers the Breezee AI assistant • Google APIs — Calendar and Gmail integrations (only when you connect your Google account) • Vercel — application hosting
Breezee may also contain links to or integrations with other third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services. Each provider has their own privacy policy and security practices.
Breezee is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us at support@bebreezee.com and we will delete the account promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Breezee after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
